Opposing the Registry With Humor

It’s a crazy world, and if you take it (or yourself) a little too seriously, it will eventually wear you down. That’s why it’s important to occasionally take a break from the same old, worn-out tropes about the sexual offense registry that we inevitably must deal with on a daily basis, and perhaps consider them in a more uplifting, even humorous light! After all, as novelist and critic Kingsley Amis once said, “The rewards for being sane may not be very many but knowing what’s funny is one of them. And that’s an end of the matter.”
